The following page gives you access to all of the final GP Patient Survey 2008/09 reports, and survey data tables.

The final results for the 2008/09 survey can be accessed via the national commentary and summary reports or via the data tables of the GP Patient Survey results in Excel spreadsheet format. Data on the care planning and out of hours questions within the survey are also available in Excel spreadsheet format.
