In obtaining your interest in the survey and its results, we undertake not to mislead you in any way about the nature of the survey we are conducting on behalf of the Department of Health, the way in which the data is collected and the use that will be made of the survey results.

Any personal information you give us is only used for the purposes for which you provide it; e.g. your email address will only be used to send you information you specifically requested. Use of "cookies":

This website detects your computer's operating system, screen resolution and the browser you are using in order to adjust the site to best suit your system.
