The following page gives you access to all of the final GP Patient Survey reports, and survey data tables.

The final results for the survey can be accessed via the National Summary Report or via Excel data tables. Data on the care planning and out-of-hours questions are also available via Excel data tables.

All of these data are available unweighted or weighted.
